Peter Allen founded the Allen Capital Group in 1998. Peter, an internationally recognised expert in the areas of corporate restructuring and turnarounds, has over 30 years of corporate advisory experience.

The Allen Capital Group is comprised of two core businesses:

• Allen Capital - providing corporate advisory and consulting services.
• Allen Capital Private Equity - focusing on private equity investment activities.

We work closely with entrepreneurial business owners and their management teams through the challenges of each stage of their business life cycle - since we have vast experience with all aspects of the business growth process.
