Large Diversified Industrial Group (May 2002 restructure)
Conducted a detailed strategic and operational review and developed and implemented a restructuring plan incorporating: addressing the short-term funding requirements; the divestment of underperforming businesses; and strategic and operational initiatives to improve performance.

Photographic and Dental Group
Conducted a comprehensive strategic and operational review of the Group’s two businesses, then led a restructuring involving the winding up of one of the businesses. Also assisted in the renegotiation of senior debt facilities.

Printing and Print Management Group
Initiated a corporate restructuring of one of the largest privately owned printing and print management businesses in Australia, to provide improved administration, allow entry into the tax consolidations regime, and to facilitate family succession planning.
