Our Investment Strategy

Allen Capital Private Equity has an opportunistic non-industry specific approach. We will consider investments in most industries and at each stage of the business lifecycle excluding start-ups. In this regard, our strategy cuts across the typical private equity categorisation by industry or stage of the growth lifecycle.

We have a contrarian or special situation investment style. Our skills and experience enable us to create value from opportunities that others misunderstand and/or find unattractive.

We are particularly interested in MBO and/or MBI opportunities. In this regard, we partner with management teams who are focused on wealth creation through meaningful equity ownership and performance-based incentives. We are also interested in strategic partnering opportunities. This many include joint investments with strategic industry partners or co-investment with like-minded financial investors.
